Senior Sales Negotiator - Bishopston, Bristol
Realistic OTE: £40,000-£50,000 (Uncapped, DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6:00pm | Alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 4:00pm (with lieu day off)
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and long-established estate agency team in Bishopston.
 
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven background in property sales, and is eager to take the next step in their career. You'll play a key part in generating business, building long-term relationships with clients, and contributing to the ongoing success of a respected local brand with a strong presence in the Bristol property market.
 
With the support of a dedicated Sales Progressor, you'll be able to focus your energy on what you do best — generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property viewings and represent the company professionally at all times
  • Liaise confidently with buyers, vendors, and applicants
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Assist with bringing new properties to market and support valuations as required
  • Manage a portfolio of advertised properties, ensuring accurate and engaging marketing
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong local presence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process
About You
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic professional with:
  • At least 1 year's experience in estate agency sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to generating business
  • A team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • A desire to progress and develop within a growing business
  • Full UK driving licence and own car (mileage paid at 45p per mile)
