Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential property sales from valuation to completion
• Negotiate high-value transactions with confidence and precision
• Provide expert guidance to vendors and buyers
• Maintain strong local market knowledge and client relationships
• Support and mentor junior negotiators as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in residential sales, ideally in prime markets
• Proven negotiation and client service skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• NAEA or RICS membership (a plus)
