SALES CONSULTANT (Estate Agency)

OTE £35K - £40K
 
Our client, a highly successful and long-established Agency, is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT, with previous real estate experience. 
 
Key Roles

• You will be answering inbound calls from our customers concerning viewings / mortgage referrals / valuation requests
• Generating new business
• Connecting people to the right properties and booking appointments 
• Reaching out to customer after customer about their property move identifying and recommending the extra services we offer.
• Arranging and hosting viewings/open days, providing friendly advice with a welcoming smile
• Getting offers agreed and accepted.
• Key handover appointments 

Required Skills

• Experienced residential estate agent
• Excellent sales ability
• A winning attitude and mindset
• High level of customer service skills
• Success in leading a team
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local Swanley / Ebbsfleet area helpful
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
