My client is a highly regarded estate agent, based in busy High Wycombe, looking for an experienced property manager to join their established team.
 
On offer will be a basic salary of £26,000 with commission taking that up to  £30,000. 

If you have experience working in property management or residential lettings then we would love to hear from you. 

This business are growing all the time, having completed some recent acquisitions, with further acquisitions in the pipeline, meaning there will be plenty of career progression and personal growth available to you. 

You will be responsible for the following duties...

• Dealing with and helping resolve any housing issues
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Check Ins/Check Outs
• Mid Term Inspections
• Notice Inspections
• Deposit Claim Handling
• Viewings
