Job description

This role as Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Manager is ideal for an experienced letting agent looking to join a top brand estate agency and to create a long term career.  The company offers a basic salary of £18K-£20K and OTE of £28K-£30K plus company car or car allowance.

Responsibilities for this Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Manager role will include:
  • Taking a leading role stepping in for the Lettings Manager when required
  • Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local property trends, advising clients on rental values and market dynamics
  • Lead and motive the lettings team to ensure continuous good performance 
Skills & Experience for this Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Manager role:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years lettings experience
  • Strong desire and ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flourish in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid UK driving licence
