Lettings Negotiator – Step Up to Senior Level
Location: London City Island, E14
Basic Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission
On Target Earnings: £60,000+
Income Guarantee: Two months’ financial support upon joining
Career Progression: Fast-track to Senior Negotiator and beyond

What You’ll Be Doing
- Registering and qualifying new applicants, and matching them to premium rental properties
- Conducting viewings and converting interest into secured offers
- Negotiating tenancies and managing the full move-in process
- Building relationships with landlords and tenants, offering expert market advice
- Driving personal and team performance in a highly motivated, success-driven environment
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, ideally in a fast-paced London market
- Proven ability to win business and convert viewings to deals
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ambition to step into a senior position and progress quickly
- ARLA qualification is beneficial but not essential
- Uncapped earning potential with realistic OTE of £60,000+
- Income guarantee for the first two months to support your transition
- Structured progression to Senior Negotiator, Lister, or even Branch Manager
