The Role:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in growing our lettings business, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring a seamless rental process. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sourcing and securing new rental properties
✅ Conducting market appraisals and valuations
✅ Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
✅ Negotiating tenancy agreements and ensuring legal compliance
✅ Conducting viewings and providing expert advice to prospective tenants
✅ Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
✅ Staying updated with market trends and industry regulations

About You:
�� Proven experience in a lettings negotiator role
�� Strong knowledge of the Elmbridge property market
�� Excellent negotiation and communication skills
�� Target-driven with a proactive and results-focused approach
�� Ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer service
�� Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
