Our client, an established Independent agent, is looking for a motivated Senior Branch Manager to help drive market share and support the day to day operations of the business in the Southampton location. You already possess great estate agency sales experience and are seeking greater responsibilities. - Manage and prioritise business opportunities
- Drive market share through new listings
- Maintain and service the property register
- Create excellent stakeholder relationships
- Stay aware of the market conditions and offer professional advice
- Ensure customers are referred for advice on mortgage and conveyance products
- Ability to build great relationships and win new listings
- Drive and motivate those around you within the team; a leader
- Hands on approach and lead through example
- Passion and enthusiasm for 'all things' property
- Customer focused to provide the best experience to buyers and sellers
- Business acumen and an 'eye' for detail
- £27,500 - £30,000 basic salary p.a. (DoE)
- £4,000 p.a. Car allowance
- £50,0000 O.T.E.
- Mortgage, conveyance and lettings referral bonuses
