We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established, highly respected independent estate agency in the heart of Fleet.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Winning new sales instructions through valuations(not essential) and rapport-building
  • Managing applicant relationships and matching buyers to homes
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
  • Delivering best-in-class customer service from start to finish
  • Helping drive branch performance and playing a key role in a tight-knit team
What We're Looking For:
  • 2-3+ years' experience in residential sales (Negotiator or Senior Negotiator level)
  • Confident in valuations (not essential), winning instructions, and closing sales
  • Well-spoken, presentable, and customer-focused
  • A natural communicator - personable and persuasive
  • Motivated, target-driven, and a team player
  • Good knowledge of Fleet and surrounding areas a bonus
  • Full UK driving licence required (own car)
