What You'll Be Doing:
- Winning new sales instructions through valuations(not essential) and rapport-building
- Managing applicant relationships and matching buyers to homes
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Delivering best-in-class customer service from start to finish
- Helping drive branch performance and playing a key role in a tight-knit team
- 2-3+ years' experience in residential sales (Negotiator or Senior Negotiator level)
- Confident in valuations (not essential), winning instructions, and closing sales
- Well-spoken, presentable, and customer-focused
- A natural communicator - personable and persuasive
- Motivated, target-driven, and a team player
- Good knowledge of Fleet and surrounding areas a bonus
- Full UK driving licence required (own car)
- Competitive basic salary (DOE)
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE £40,000-£50,000+
- Career progression to Assistant Manager and beyond
