Sales Progressor - Strood (Kent) - Basic £20K OTE £26K
Mon - Fri role

Mon - Fri role

What you will be doing
- Managing the sales progression stages and offering superb service to clients throughout the sales cycle
- Instructing and liaising with solicitors throughout the sales process
- Liaising with all stakeholders involved in the process (purchasers, agents, solicitors, surveyors, brokers) and where necessary relaying updates
- Coordinating with solicitors, purchasers and other stakeholders to obtain updates on the completion of legal documents
- Organising and forecasting exchange and completion dates for properties
- Working closely with the accounts department
- Write ups and marketing for new instructions
- Previous experience within the property / conveyancing sector
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional communicator
- Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Great basic salary of £20,000 with OTE £26,000
- No weekends!

9.30am - 5.00PM Mon & Tues, 9.30 - 5.30 Wed, Thurs, Fri
