Property Sales Opener
London (City / Liverpool Street) | On-site
£30,000 basic + commission | £60,000+ OTE target £90,000
A fast-growing London property business is hiring a Sales Opener to convert inbound enquiries into signed instructions.
This is a phone-led, high-activity role focused purely on generating signed sellers for the sales team. You won't be progressing sales — your job is to open, qualify, and secure commitment.
The Role
  • Responding to inbound property enquiries
  • Calling homeowners who have requested valuations or information
  • Qualifying sellers on motivation, timeline, and property details
  • Explaining the company's sales process clearly and confidently
  • Converting enquiries into signed agreements / instructions
  • Updating activity and outcomes accurately on CRM
  • Working closely with valuers and negotiators to pass over warm, committed clients
Earnings
  • £30,000 basic salary
  • Commission per signed instruction
  • Realistic £60,000+ OTE Target £90,000
  • Performance bonuses
What They're Looking For
  • Experience in phone-based sales, estate agency, or lead conversion
  • Confident handling 50+ calls per day
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills
  • Comfortable working to daily KPIs
  • Clear, professional telephone manner
