Sales New Business Partner - Horley & Reigate
Salary: Basic £25-30K + Car allowance (OTE £45-50K+)
 
Can you secure New Estate Agency Business? 
Do you deliver a compelling Market Appraisal? 
Do you convert your Appraisals into Instructions? 
 
The Role
 
Reporting to the Sales Business Manager, The New Business Partner is responsible for developing the business through business generation, property sourcing and valuations. 
 
You can work between the two offices and be based in either / or as your day to day work will predominantly be field based.
 
Responsibilities for the New Business Partner role will include:
  • Conducting Market Appraisals
  • Converting Valuations to instructions
  • Listing Properties
  • Offering a high level of customer service / Vendor Feeback
  • Diary management and a good understanding of excel/word
Skills & Experience forthe New Business Partner role:
  • 2 year (minimum) in estate agency
  • Driving license is essential
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
  • Valuation experience
Benefits for the New Business Partner role include;
  • £25K - £30k basic (DOE)
  • Car allowance (depends on car £2.5K - £3.5k PA)
  • Up to £45k  / £50K+ OTE. (4% of Val Sales)
