Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and secure new sales instructions
• Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties
• Arrange and carry out property viewings
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the process
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed branch targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity

About You

• Experience in estate agency sales, ideally including valuations or appraisals
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a professional and proactive attitude
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
