Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) - Beckenham
Basic £22,000 - £25,000. OTE £40K
Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator seeking a new challenge? Our client is expanding their team and seeks someone with at least a year of sales experience and exceptional negotiation skills.
Our client is an esteemed, family-run company boasting 12 years of successful trading. Renowned for their professionalism, friendliness, and energetic approach, they've garnered multiple awards over the years.

Your role will involve:
- Residential Sales expertise
- Interacting with applicants, vendors, and buyers
- Expert deal negotiation
- Demonstrated confidence and a track record of success
- Self-motivation and determination
- High service standards, presentation skills, and organizational prowess
- Proven ability to generate new business
- Preferably, experience in valuation and listing
- A drive for career advancement
- A valid driver's license
- Competitive salary up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
- 5% commission on sales
- OTE £40,000+
- Working hours:
- 5-day workweek with Saturday duty and a day off in lieu
- Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm
- Saturday: 9:30 am to 4 pm
- 20 days of paid leave plus bank holidays
