Part Time Sales Negotiator • £12 p/h • Bonus Scheme • Kingsbridge, South Hams, Devon • Independent Agency •
Leading Independent Estate Agency is looking for a motivated Part Time Sales Negotiator to operate within the South Hams. Joining a successful team, you will bring your customer service experience and passion for property to 'add value' to this strategic office. You will be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this prestigious company, which boasts a large network and recognisable South hams brand. This role would suit those seeking their first role within estate agency or those who require flexibility durig the week for other family commitments. Most Saturdays 9am - 4pm would be required as part of the weekly rota.

Responsibilities for this Part Time Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Market Appraisal generation
- Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
- Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
- Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
- Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments
- Minimum 1 years' experience within sales or customer service
- Organised & Self Motivated
- Comfortable working with targets
- Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team
- Drive and ambition to 'add value'
- £12 p/h
- Commission / bonus structure
