Our client, a market leading independent agent based in Woodstock, are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team in their established office. Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Carrying out viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Offering a high level of costumer service
- Diary management and a good understanding of excel/word
- Overseeing the sales process start to finish
- Drivers license
- Fantastic negotiation skills
- Around 6 months estate agency experience
- knowledge or microsoft word
- £23k-£30k OTE DOE
