Sales Negotiation (Estate Agency) - Hove
Salary: Basic £23K OTE £35K

Our Client is an established estate agency business operating a network of offices in  mid-Sussex. They provide professional sales and letting services for all types of property, maintaining the highest standards in our business. 

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Negotiator located in Hove. As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for marketing our client's properties and negotiating sales to achieve the best possible price. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Previous sales/negotiation experience in the estate agency industry
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A passion for the property industry and dedication to delivering high-quality service
• A valid UK driving license
