Basic £25,000

Our client is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Sales Negotiator.
This is an opportunity to join one of the Market Leading Estate Agents in the Nantwich and Crewe area.
The Company has won numerous awards for excellent customer service and were ranked in the top 10% of all agents nationally…. The role, principally focussed on the sales side of Estate Agency, will involve growing the property register by driving market appraisals into instructions and generating new sales, assisting the Branch Manager to maximise the profit and help support the Sales team.
The role is for an existing Sales Negotiator, or a candidate with the relevant transferable skills wishing to take that next step in their career.
You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with clients and deliver a first-class service experience every time you represent the company. You will be enthusiastic, keen and genuine, and be looking for a career within successful Estate and Lettings Agency.
The business is locally owned and part of a national network of independent Estate Agents who are affiliated to a major PLC, being part of the biggest Estate Agency groups in the UK. This is a role that will have both opportunity and excellent potential.
