Sales Negotiator - Clifton, Bristol
Basic Salary: £26,000+ (DOE)
Realistic OTE: £35,000 - £45,000 (Uncapped)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm | Every other Saturday, 9:00am - 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and professional team in Clifton, Bristol.
 
This role is perfect for a hard-working, ambitious individual with at least six months' experience in estate agency. You'll bring a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a passion for property, joining a thriving office where teamwork, customer care, and results go hand in hand.

What's on Offer
  • Basic salary: £26,000+ (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped OTE: £35,000 - £45,000  through pooled commission and financial services introductions

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings with potential buyers
  • Build strong relationships with applicants and vendors, maintaining smooth communication throughout the process
  • Negotiate offers and manage sales from start to finish
  • Assist with launching new instructions and preparing properties for market
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Contribute to achieving office sales targets and overall success
About You
We're looking for a confident, customer-focused individual who is:
  • Experienced in estate agency (Ideal)
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Confident and professional on the phone and in person
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • A genuine team player with a positive attitude and desire to succeed
  • Holder of a full UK driving licence and access to your own car (mileage paid)
    A company pool car is also available when required.
