Salary: £22,000 basic + Commission (£55,000 OTE)

Key Responsibilities
- Registering new buyers and understanding their requirements.
- Arranging and conducting viewings with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Following up on leads and maximising every sales opportunity.
- Providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Previous experience in estate agency sales is preferred but not essential—attitude and drive matter most.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
- Excellent local knowledge of Croydon and surrounding areas is a plus.
- Full UK driving licence and own car required.
