Salary: £25,000 (based on experience)
OTE - £40,000 
Working Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm
• Sat: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (on a rota)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and manage client enquiries
• Negotiate offers and support sales progression
• Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Generate new business and assist with listings
• Work with marketing to promote properties
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market

Requirements

• 1–2 years' estate agency or sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of AML and CPR regulations
• Proactive, confident, and client-focused
• Local knowledge of West Byfleet (preferred)
