Your Responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers.
You will cross-sell between other branches and proactively create opportunities by making a high volume of calls to the extensive database. To ensure the annual target is met, you will work collaboratively within the team, whilst providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

- You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales.
- You are target driven and have consistently met/exceeded KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales)
- You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the London property market.
- You are proactive and tenacious.
- You hold a valid driving licence.
