The Job:

• Be the start of our customers' journey, providing expert estate agency advice and service
• Manage day-to-day sales processes and deputize for the Branch Manager
• List properties, helping vendors achieve the best price and service
• Stay updated on market conditions and become a local market expert

The Ideal Candidate:

• Builds strong customer relationships and turns valuations into listings and sales
• Driven, determined, and passionate about making things happen

• Possesses a strong work ethic and positive energy
• Must have a full driving license

The Package:

• Basic Salary: £25,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
• On Target Earnings: £35,000-£45,000
• Car Allowance: £3,000 OR Company Car
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
• Additional Benefits: Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Extra day off for your Birthday, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path
