Assistant Manager - Aldershot

Basic salary: £28,000 - £30,000 OTE: Up to £50,000
A highly respected independent estate agency in Aldershot is looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional looking for a valuation-led role with genuine progression to Branch Manager.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the branch while playing a key role in winning valuations, generating new business, and helping to drive overall branch performance. This is an ideal position for someone who is commercially minded, motivated, and ready to take the next step in their career.
