Property Sales Manager

£50,000 OTE


Our client is a major Estate Agent in the Shoreham area, and they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. This a fantastic opportunity to join a great brand a grow with them.

As a Sales Manager, you will need to;

• Assist the Branch Manager in developing the market share
• Exceed personal and branch activity and income targets
• Generate high conversion levels of Market Appraisals to full service sole agency instructions and third party sales
• Produce high quality marketing for all properties
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Act as a point of contact in the manager’s absence
• Assist the manager with the structure and organisation of the office

The ideal candidate will have;

• Previous Estate Agency experience in a similar role, with a proven record of success
• Excellent written, phone and face to face communication skills
• Previous listing experience
• Be target driven and tenacious
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• Good organisational skills
• Ambitious and career orientated
• The legal right to work in the UK and be a car owner with a full UK driving licence
