My client is looking for dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong knowledge of the property market to join their team in Leeds. My client is seeking a Sales Manager to grow the business, oversee their sales/inbound and outbound team and lead the team to new heights.
Role and Responsibilities: 
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the inbound and outbound sales team.
- Set clear targets and provide guidance to achieve and exceed goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages innovation and high performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and maximise on opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents, and partners.
- Negotiate property purchases and manage the Sales process effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless property purchases.
Experience working in Estate Agency at Managerial level is required for this role. 
Working hours: Monday - Friday
Basic salary: Dependant on Experience
OTE: £50,000
