Are you an experienced Sales Consultant or Sales Negotiator looking for an opportunity to join a family run, dynamic and award winning market leading Estate Agency?  This is the role for you!  Offering a basic salary of up to £22K and an OTE of £35K with lots of opportunity for career development to progress.

Responsibilities for this Sales Consultant role will include:
  • Seeking new business opportunities 
  • Carry out viewings with buyers, showcasing each property's individual features
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to success
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Keeping clients up to date and dealing with any queries effectively
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute your own ideas 
Skills & Experience for this Sales Consultant role:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or Sales Negotiator within the property industry
  • Good level of understanding of the property market in Essex
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to form good relationships
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Professional and driven with a passion for helping people
