Job Title: Sales Business Manager
Join a dynamic team in Balham/Streatham/Southfields and work with a popular Estate Agency
As a Sales Business Manager, you'll be working with the Regional Sales Director to grow this well-known agency driving business acitivity in the Balham/Streatham/Southfields area.
Working hours: Monday To Friday 9 am - 5 pm, Some Saturdays with day off during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
Location: Streatham
Basic salary £40,000 DOE
Car allowance Upto £4,500

As a Sales Business Manager, you'll be working with the Regional Sales Director to grow this well-known agency driving business acitivity in the Balham/Streatham/Southfields area.

Key Responsibilities:
- To manage all staff within the assigned branch(es) to ensure that the correct level of staffing is achieved and aligned to the company strategy in order to exceed all our customers’ expectations thereby achieving the business plan.
- To fully utilise systems and procedures which are in place, ensuring the whole team is fully trained and conversant to maximise business efficiency whilst delivering a first-class service to the group's customers
- To be actively involved in coaching staff both directly and through the L&D coaches, with the HOOW process to enable staff to be equipped with the knowledge and understanding to achieve their personal KPIs and business objectives through their interaction with customers.
- To be responsible for securing business through effective and appropriate valuation of property, producing accurate particulars to obtain the optimum sales price
Location: Streatham
Basic salary £40,000 DOE

The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience within either an estate agency or residential lettings agency.
- Experience within a multi-site, sales performance environment.
- Own vehicle and full UK driving licence
- Customer service excellence
- Competent in the application of the law and regulations as they appertain to property sales and lettings management
- Be a people person and pay attention to detail
- Familiar with the use of IT systems
- Proven ability to manage lettings or sales teams, preferably multi-site environment
