Location: Newcastle (Hybrid)
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & inspire: Manage, coach, and motivate SDRs and Success Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop talent: Create a culture of high performance through structured coaching, playbooks, and 1:1 development.
- Shape strategy: Design and execute data-driven outbound strategies to grow partnerships across the UK.
- Stay hands-on: Lead by example - managing your own pipeline and supporting key deals.
- Collaborate & innovate: Work closely with the Head of Partnerships, Product, and Marketing to refine propositions and improve partner onboarding.
- Own performance: Set clear KPIs, ensure CRM hygiene, and forecast accurately to keep growth on track.
- Scale success: Identify new tools, processes, and outreach channels to take productivity to the next level.
About You
- Proven experience leading B2B sales or partnership teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident leader who motivates through clarity, coaching, and accountability.
- Commercially sharp - you know your pipeline, understand your numbers, and drive results.
- Excellent communicator who can inspire teams and engage senior stakeholders.
- Resilient, proactive, and driven by impact.
- Background in property, PropTech, or SaaS is a strong plus.
