My client is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing manager to join their company – one of the UK’s best known and Prestigious Property Developers in New Homes.

This is a dynamic and innovative company with a passionate commitment to provide superior homes and strengthen communities. The company has established a unique culture and strong values that shape the future of New Home developments.
 
The site is based in Milton Keynes, extends to 927.86 acres and has outline planning approval for up to 4,600 homes and associated units.
The Sales and Marketing Manager, will be a multi-skilled individual, experienced in both sales and marketing of a New Homes development is critical.

Qualities of the Sales & Marketing Manager

• A minimum of 5 years marketing experience within the property industry

• New Homes experience ideally in a management position.

• Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.

• Ability to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

• Able to effectively present information and produce reports.

• Empathetic communicator and solution provider.

• Great Team player.

• Computer literate, essentially Microsoft products

• Professional and confident in communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders.
