Sales Account Manager PropTec Software -  FULLY REMOTE 
Basic £30-35K DOE (OTE £56K) 
 
This is a flexible working remote and/or office-based sales and account management role, where you'll be driving business generation from our client's existing database, reaching out to previous interested parties and current clients.
 
You will be ultimately selling a software product into companies where they have a need to accurately record the condition of a room or building, from a student bedroom to a 50 bedroom halls of residence or a vast commercial space.

So to be able to deliver a compelling features and benefits pitch, it would be helpful if you had some experience in property inspections - this could be from your listing experience, your Property management experience or your Inventory clerk days.....

But you also need to show sales experience and a real appetite to be able to crunch KPIs and be commercially savvy - because there is some great commissions on offer.... that are payable quickly.

You are fully remote - so self discipline is essential and you need be be a self starter with a dedicated home working space where you can really focus on your job uninterrupted because you will be hosting product demonstrations.

  • Proactively contacting potential new customers for our client's award-winning Property Inspection Software.
  • Additionally, the position involves customer-centered account management and inbound telesales. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales growth by engaging potential customers, building relationships with existing ones, and meeting sales targets. Join our client and play a pivotal role in their sales success.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
    Engage with new sales prospects and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    Close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating terms and pricing.
    Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
    Outbound proactive calling would be a bonus.

What are the requirements from you...
 
  • Proven track record in account management sales or telesales, preferably in a B2B environment.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Confident in presenting product information and benefits to potential customers.
    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
    Strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks.
    Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.

Experience using CRM software or customer management tools is a plus
