Property Lawyer / Conveyancer
Location: Cambridgeshire (hybrid working available)
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 basic (DOE) + Monthly Bonus

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- A conveyancing qualification (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX) — advantageous but not essential
- A strong track record of outstanding client service

- A positive mindset, approachability, and the ability to smile, even in a fast-paced environment
