PropTech - Outbound Business Development Manager - Fully Remote
Basic £20-40K (DOE) OTE £40-80K 
Full time, perm role
 
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Outbound Business Development Manager to join our  clients growing sales team.
 
This is a flexible working remote and/or office based sales and account management role, you'll be driving business generation from our existing database, reaching out to previous interested parties and current clients.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce our products and services to potential customers.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through targeted prospecting efforts.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads by researching and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Engage in meaningful sales conversations with prospects and clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Present product information and benefits persuasively to prospects.
  • Close sales by skillfully overcoming objections and negotiating favourable terms and pricing.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology/software industry or related fields.
  • Experience in selling software or similar technical solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of inspection/property management systems is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrates technical acumen, able to explain software features clearly and compellingly to potential clients.
  • Strong cold calling skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Customer-focused approach, understanding and prioritising customer needs and requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in presenting product information and benefits to potential customers.
  • Adaptability to handle new challenges and pivot sales strategies as needed.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on the company's sales strategy.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organisational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
