PropTech - Outbound Business Development Manager - Fully Remote
Basic £20-40K (DOE) OTE £40-80K
Full time, perm role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Outbound Business Development Manager to join our clients growing sales team.
This is a flexible working remote and/or office based sales and account management role, you'll be driving business generation from our existing database, reaching out to previous interested parties and current clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce our products and services to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through targeted prospecting efforts.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads by researching and identifying new business opportunities.
- Engage in meaningful sales conversations with prospects and clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Present product information and benefits persuasively to prospects.
- Close sales by skillfully overcoming objections and negotiating favourable terms and pricing.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology/software industry or related fields.
- Experience in selling software or similar technical solutions is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of inspection/property management systems is highly desirable.
- Demonstrates technical acumen, able to explain software features clearly and compellingly to potential clients.
- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customer-focused approach, understanding and prioritising customer needs and requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting product information and benefits to potential customers.
- Adaptability to handle new challenges and pivot sales strategies as needed.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on the company's sales strategy.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong organisational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
