Responsibilities for this Property Valuer role will include:

• Harnessing your extensive knowledge of the local property market to offer accurate valuations.
• Work closely with the high performing sales team to deliver on company targets and expectations.
• Plan and execute with the sales team the best marketing strategy on properties that you bring to the market to achieve the best result for the customers.
• Staying abreast of evolving market trends and property values.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to clients throughout the whole process and offering the best advice and building strong client relationships.
• Upselling ancillary services.

Skills & Experience for this Property Valuer role:

• Proven track record in the Estate agency industry, valuation experience is essential for this role.
• In-depth understanding of the local property market.
• Skill in analysing property data, market trends, and comparable property sales.
• Interpretation of market information to provide accurate valuations staying knowledgeable of current market trends and factors affecting property values.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex valuation concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong client service orientation to build and maintain positive relationships, always going the extra mile.
• Addressing client enquiries with professionalism and expertise.

Benefits for this Property Valuer role include;

• £28,000 basic salary 
• £45,000 OTE 
• £400 per month Car Allowance
