Property Manager – Stoke Newington
Location: Office-based – Stoke Newington
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years’ property management experience

The Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for tenants, landlords, and contractors from start to finish. You’ll handle everything from pre-tenancy preparations to ongoing maintenance management, making sure everyone stays informed and supported.
We work with leading tech platforms including FixFlo, Help Me Fix, The Depositary, Monday.com, and Street.co.uk, helping you stay organised and efficient. You’ll also have the chance to get involved with content creation for our social media.
Key Responsibilities
New Tenancy Progression – Managing references, certifications, and contracts
Maintenance Management – Coordinating works through FixFlo and maintaining clear communication
Routine Property Checks – Ensuring properties are well maintained and compliant
Relationship Building – Creating strong, supportive connections with tenants, landlords, and contractors
What You’ll Need
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property management role
✔ Strong organisational and time management skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication
✔ Tech-savvy and confident using property software platforms
✔ A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
