Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repairs
- Organising regular property inspections
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards
- Handling tenant move-ins and move-outs, including check-ins/check-outs and inventories
- Managing rent arrears and ensuring timely payments
- Responding to tenant and landlord queries and providing top-level customer service
- Previous Property Management experience (ideally 1-2 years)
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Lettings market and legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is preferred
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Competitive salary between £35,000 – £38,000
