Are you an established Property Manager looking for a new exciting challenge?
 
My client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Birmingham. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing the performance of our diverse property portfolio. As a highly organized and skilled professional, you'll be tasked with overseeing the day to day duties of property management, including, rent collection, managing maintenance and repairs as well as cultivating positive tenant and landlord relationships through efficient resolutions to any queries. The Property Manager will also be responsible for ensuring all properties are fully compliant. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced individual with excellent communication, problem-solving, and property management skills.
  • Proven experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local and state regulations relating to property management
  • Ability to address tenant issues promptly and professionally
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in property management is essential
Salary £26,000 - £28,000 Depending on experience.
