Property Maintenance Co-ordinator - Dorking
Salary £27,000 - £30,000 PA
Mon to Friday 9am - 6pm (Every 3rd Sat with lieu day)
Are you a proactive problem solver with a knack for property maintenance?
We're seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator to be the go-to expert for day-to-day property maintenance issues.
You'll ensure seamless communication between landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues, keeping everyone in the loop about actions taken and work progress. Your meticulous record-keeping, efficient invoice management, and knack for obtaining competitive quotes will be put to good use. You'll also play a crucial role in arranging gas safety certificates, conducting property inspections, and facilitating deposit returns.
As a master of multi-tasking, you'll excel in this role. Your strong attention to detail, IT proficiency, and top-notch organisational skills will set you apart.
Most importantly, you'll be the face of exceptional client service, ensuring that every property under your care is maintained to the highest standards.

- Prior experience in property maintenance, ideally with 'FixFlow' knowledge
- Proficiency in handling end-of-tenancy processes and deposit returns
