I am seeking a talented Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in the Chelmsford area and ensure a seamless experience for both tenants and property owners.  This company is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Hybrid working is considered for this role (at least three days in the office).  

Responsibilities for this Property Manager role will include:

• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance and repairs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rental collections
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance

Skills & Experience for this Property Manager role:

• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance and repairs

• Ability to serve correct notices where applicable
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance
