Property Manager (Residential Lettings Industry) - Ryde - Isle of Wight
Salary: £26,000
Full Time, Perm position
 
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join one of the South of Englands leading brands in the Real Estate Sector. 
 
The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in property management
• Experienced in building and retaining portfolio stock
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues both verbally and in written form
• Highly organised, with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise workload
• IT Literate
• Have a bright enthusiastic personality, a “can do” attitude with a good sense of humour
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

The Job role will include:

• Ensuring that maintenance problems are dealt with effectively and in appropriate timescales
• Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
• Maintaining keys and key register
• Maintain an excellent working relationship with the letting’s team
• Coordinate end of tenancy and pre tenancy work with lettings branches
• Negotiating with landlord and tenant over the return of disputed deposit deductions
• Manage a database of contractors
• Visiting properties for inspection

Whats in it for you? 

• Basic Salary:£26,000
• Work Pattern:Monday to Friday 9am– 5.30pm (2 days 9.00 – 5.00pm). Option of working 1 day per week from home
