My client is looking for Property Manager to join their successful business in St Neots. Earning a basic salary between £20,000 - £25,000 depending on your experience. There is also an out of office property management role which offers an added car allowance of £3600. Support and training will be offered, giving you a platform to develop you career further. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Carry out property inspections
• Undertake inventories
• Carry out check in and check outs
• Key collections
• Meet contractors at properties
• Create professional reports of the condition and contents of a property

 Requirements:

• Experience within lettings or property management
• Hard working and driven
• Able to deliver outstanding levels of customer service
