Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties across the local area
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and professionally
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Oversee tenancy renewals, deposits, and compliance documentation
• Conduct regular property visits and ensure all legal and safety obligations are met
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure work is carried out to a high standard
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company's professional reputation

About You:

• Previous experience in property management or lettings essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple tasks and working under pressure
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
