PROPERTY MANAGER IN WATFORD REQUIRED!
 
My client is looking for an experienced PROPERTY MANAGER to join their team of 4 to support the brilliant Lettings and Property Management team. 
This is an office based role in their Watford office, covering all 3 branches. The ideal candidate will already be a PROPERTY MANAGER with experience. This is a varied position which encompasses all things pre and post move in including general tenancy management, renewals and compliance.
 
You will need to be highly organised and IT proficient, hold a UK driving licence and own a reliable well-maintained car as the role will involve some business mileage.
 
The Role will involve:
 
Conducting Property inspections & Preparing Inspection reports
Coordinating with contractors to undertake repairs
Preparing properties for rental
Dealing with the End-of-Tenancy process
Preparation of Renewal Tenancy Agreements
Office based

Skills Required:

Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to work under pressure
Personable, proactive, helpful and a problem solver.
Attention to detail
Ability to multi task
Excellent telephone manner and negotiating skills.
Full driving licence and own car.

Benefits for this PROPERTY MANAGER role include:
 
£30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
8.45am-6pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-5pm for which the successful candidate will receive a day off in lieu.
Car mileage reclaimed
On site parking
