High quality independent family owned agency is looking for a proven Property Consultant to support further market share growth and deliver exceptional customer service whilst supporting the day to day operations of the business. As a Property Consultant you will already be an experienced property professional, with a proven history of winning new business. You will be joining a strong brand and close-knit successful team that has a well established and loyal customer base. With strong business acumen and networking skills, you will recognise the importance of delivering a premium agency service and being connected to the local community. As a Property Consultant you will able to demonstrate competent core agency skills including all aspects of winning new instructions including maintaining strong, long lasting client relationships. 
  
Responsibilities for this Property Consultant role will include:

• Handle day to day agency enquiries to secure new business opportunities 
• Deliver high levels of customer service
• Carry out valuations and win new instructions 
• Stay aware of the market conditions to remain effective in the local market 
• Ensuring close client contact and offering professional advice at all times
