What You'll Be Doing

• Building and managing your own portfolio of clients across Prime Central London and surrounding areas
• Providing expert advice across sales, lettings and property acquisition
• Managing the full client journey from appraisal through to completion
• Conducting viewings, negotiating offers and overseeing transactions
• Delivering a bespoke, high-end service to a select number of clients
• Leveraging advanced marketing, technology, and international property portals to maximise exposure

The Ideal Candidate

• 5-10+ years' experience in estate agency or the prime property sector
• Proven success in sales, lettings, or property advisory roles
• Strong network and local market knowledge in Prime Central London or surrounding areas
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build your own client base
• Exceptional client relationship and negotiation skills
• A passion for delivering high-level, bespoke client service
