Multi Office Sales Manager (Balham / Streatham / Southfields) 
Basic Salary £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Car allowance £4000
OTE £65,000

The Job role

The Business Sales Manager is responsible for boosting business performance and profitability in their assigned branches by meeting sales targets, leading and motivating their staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards. They'll be held accountable for achieving branch KPIs and individual targets, while maintaining company systems and standards throughout their branches
 
The ideal candidate

Proven experience within  an estate agency at Manager level.
 
Experience within a multi-site, sales performance environment.
Competent in the application of the law and regulations as they appertain to property sales  management. ·
Proven ability of managing lettings or sales teams, preferably multi-site environment
 
Working hours 
 
M-F 9am - 6pm
Saturdays 9-5
Lieu Day given for Saturdays worked
Saturday rota 1:3
