**Key Responsibilities:**

* Recommend suitable mortgage products from across the market
* Meet and exceed performance targets
* Nurture client relationships and generate repeat business
* Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate documentation
 
**Requirements:**

*Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
* 2 years+ of mortgage & protection advisory experience
* Driven, motivated by success and results
* Ambitious and self-motivated
*Resilient, detail oriented and determined
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
