Responsibilities for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor role will include:

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Estate Agency
• Meet with clients to understand their Mortgage and Protection needs
• Stay up to date with Mortgage interest rates and trends
• Provide exceptional client care, always delivering an award winning performance
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards

Skills & Experience for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor role:

• You must be CeMap or equivalent qualified
• 2 years experience or more in mortgage broking within the EA sector preferable
• You will need to demonstrate you are an effective communicator
• A good track record in ensuring clients are adequately protected
• Adaptable to the ever evolving mortgage and property market

Benefits for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor role include;

• Basic Salay of £30,000
• 10% Commission
• OTE of £60,000+
• Uncapped commission structure
• Full admin support
