They are looking for a talented Mortgage Advisor to join their team on an EMPLOYED BASIS – REMOTE WORKING and become an integral part of their journey. Responsibilities for this Mortgage Advisor role will include:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their goals
- Stay up to date with mortgage products, interest rates and industry trends
- Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process
- Provide exceptional client care, always delivering an award winning performance
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards
- You must be CeMap or equivalent qualified
- 12 months experience or more in mortgage broking within the EA sector preferable
- You will need to demonstrate you are an effective communicator
- Time management to ensure the ability to spin many plates
- Adaptable to the ever evolving mortgage and property market
- Working from home
- Genuine OTE of £60,000+
- c.50 Leads per month
- Uncapped commission structure
- Guaranteed lead source
