My client is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Administrator to join their team and help streamline the mortgage application process. As a mortgage administrator, you will be at the heart of ensuring that clients’ dreams of homeownership become reality. Your meticulous attention to paperwork, regulations, and customer service will be essential in facilitating smooth transactions and maintaining a great customer experience. Responsibilities for this Mortgage Administrator role will include:
  • Handling incoming emails and telephone enquiries
  • Dealing with correspondence and producing standard letters
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, insurance companies and estate agents
  • Requesting documents from clients and ensuring these are returned
  • Consistently following the process to provide a 5 star service
Skills & Experience for this Mortgage Administrator role:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Experience in establishing and following process and procedures
  • High level of written and spoken English
Benefits for this Mortgage Administrator role include;
